Refund Policy - the basics

We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, due to the nature of handmade and customized jewellery, we offer limited returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Only unused, unworn items in original packaging are eligible.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

Refund Process:
