Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged during delivery.

After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as production may have already begun.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged upon receipt.

Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned within 5 business days of exchange approval.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will offer an exchange or store credit, based on the extent of the issue.
